The Web Market is the hosting service of Arpent Design (Arpent Creative Design), 41 Foord Road, Lenham, Kent ME17 2QN. Contact us through our client portal or call 07572 797531.

Your hosting plan

Your order identifies your plan, monthly price and resource allowances. Seed is £5, Shoot £10, Sapling £15 and Tree £25 per month. There is no setup fee and no VAT is charged. Domains, website design, migration and other work are separate unless expressly included in your order.

Storage is shared between website files, databases and email. Website limits include the account’s primary website. Tree includes 1TB monthly bandwidth. Unlimited database or subdomain counts do not mean unlimited storage, CPU, memory or other server resources.

Orders, activation and renewal

Hosting renews monthly until cancelled. Payment is due on the invoice date shown in the client portal. New hosting is set up after the first payment is received, subject to account checks and successful server provisioning. Your welcome message confirms access details. Domain registration and DNS changes can require additional time.

Keep your account contact and billing details current. If you think an invoice is wrong, contact us promptly. We will contact you about overdue payment; an unpaid service may be suspended. Contact us before cancelling a payment instruction so we can also record the service cancellation.

Cancelling hosting

Request cancellation through the hosting service’s cancellation option in the client portal before its next renewal. Select cancellation at the end of the billing period if you want access until then. If you cannot access that option, contact us and clearly identify the service.

Keep the confirmation of your cancellation. Export your website, databases and email before the service ends. Hosting cancellation does not automatically cancel separately billed domains or other services. No additional money-back guarantee is offered; your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Consumer cancellation rights

If you buy as a consumer, legal cancellation and refund rights apply, including any applicable 14-day cooling-off period. Tell us clearly that you wish to cancel, using the contact details above. You can use this wording: “I wish to cancel my hosting service [domain/service], ordered on [date]. My name and contact details are [details].”

If you want service to begin during a statutory cancellation period, we will obtain any consent required by law. Any lawful charge for service already supplied will reflect the service actually provided. These terms do not limit rights relating to a service that is not supplied with reasonable care and skill.

Safe and fair use

Use the service lawfully and keep your website software, plugins and passwords secure. You must have permission to host your content and handle personal data appropriately. Do not send spam, distribute malware, run phishing or fraudulent sites, infringe others’ rights, or use the account to attack other systems.

This is shared hosting. Activity must remain within your plan and the server’s reasonable resource limits. If usage causes a problem, we will discuss a remedy or suitable alternative with you where practicable. We may restrict or suspend harmful activity urgently to protect people, data or the platform.

Backups, support and availability

Daily backups and free Let’s Encrypt SSL certificates are included. Keep independent backups of important website, database and email content. A backup is not a promise that every version can be recovered. Ask us about a restoration promptly.

Arpent Design is your support contact; the underlying infrastructure is supplied by Krystal. Contact us through the client portal for help. Maintenance, third-party outages and network or DNS changes may affect availability. No specific uptime guarantee or service-credit scheme is included unless agreed separately in writing.

Changes and complaints

We will tell you about material price or service changes before they apply to a future renewal, so you can decide whether to continue. Contact us if something is wrong and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
